Set Up Your Payment
Check your email for payment instructions and complete your membership setup.
Step 3.
Sign Up for the Patient Portal
Once payment is completed, create your account in our patient portal to manage your care and access resources.
Step 4.
Schedule Your New Patient Visit
Book your first appointment through the patient portal to get started.
