Meet Our Doctor

Hi! I’m Dr. Yang—

I’m the founder and family physician at Honest Direct Primary Care, and I created this practice to bring medicine back to what matters most—caring for people, not paperwork. I believe your doctor should know you by name, take the time to listen, and be there when you need them—not just squeeze you into a rushed, 10-minute slot.

I’ve seen how the traditional system pressures doctors to hurry through visits and juggle endless paperwork, often at the expense of patient care. That’s what inspired me to start Honest DPC—to bring back healthcare that’s human, hassle-free, and here when you need it.

My goal is simple: to give you the kind of healthcare experience I’d want for my own family—personal, accessible, and honest.

My Care Philosophy

How I Practice Medicine

I believe that good medicine blends the best available science with a personal understanding of each patient’s needs. Practicing evidence-based medicine means I rely on proven research, trusted clinical guidelines, and years of medical training to guide your care—not trends, guesswork, or unnecessary treatments.

Open Conversations

If you’ve heard about a new treatment or wellness trend, bring it up. We’ll review the evidence together so you understand what’s known, what’s not, and whether it’s a good fit for you.

Clear Guidance

I’ll always share the “why” behind my recommendations, so you can see the research and reasoning that guide our decisions. My goal is to keep you informed, not just instructed.

Trusted Care

Every plan we make together puts your safety first and is grounded in what’s been shown to work. That way, you can feel confident in your care choices.

Always Learning

Medicine evolves constantly. I stay current with medical research and guidelines so your care is always based on the best information available.
